I am receiving an Unknown Error message on all articles I have previously created and posted. When I click on the Attempt a Fix button, it simply opens another page with the article tree to the left and WA logo in the middle. This is happening in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Navigate to any article I have created and posted.
Hey stickpig71, I took a look at your account but everything seems to be working as expected and saving seems to be working - this might be a local cache desync on your side, so to check and resolve this:
For me, the error is only when I go to create a new article. It doesn't matter how I create, I always get the error message. Eventually the attempt fix button works.
Same, any time I create an article in Firefox I get
. It does show up in the article hierarchy as Untitled and if It close the error and change the name it seems to save.Getting the same issue using Vivaldi or Firefox, even with extensions disabled. Tried on mobile using duckduckgo browser, seemed to work fine, only red text was the usual minimum 3 character title one you get.
This issue should now be largely resolved since we've released a couple of fixes in the last few days - is anyone is still encountering it, please let me know!
I am no longer getting the error.
I've been able to confirm - the issue is on my end. I've used other computers and there are no issues. The virus protection on my work system is clearly the problem. Thanks!
