Description: You sacrifice yourself to place another creature completely beyond immediate harm.
Choose one willing living creature within range.
You immediately:
die
Your death from Divine Intervention cannot be prevented by an effect that merely restores hit points or prevents you from reaching 0 hit points.
For the duration, the protected creature becomes enveloped in impenetrable divine light.
While protected:
It is immune to all damage.
It is immune to all conditions.
It cannot be targeted by hostile spells or abilities.
It cannot attack.
It cannot cast spells.
It cannot use features that affect another creature.
It is incapacitated.
Hostile creatures immediately recognize that attacking it is futile.
The creature may end Divine Intervention on itself as a bonus action.
When Divine Intervention ends, the creature is no longer protected.
Your body remains where Divine Intervention was cast and may be restored to life normally.
