Components: a mirror, polished blade, dark glass, or other reflective object V, S, M

Duration: 10 minutes

Attack/Save: Wisdom Saving Throw

Description: You bind a reflective surface to the soul of a creature known to you.   Choose one creature that:   You know personally,   You have clearly seen before, or   Whose true name you know.   The creature must be on the same plane of existence.   A willing creature may choose to fail its saving throw.   An unwilling creature must make a Wisdom saving throw.   On a successful save, the spell fails.   On a failed save, the creature appears within the reflective surface for the duration.   While the bond remains, you may:   See the creature and its immediate surroundings.   Hear what the creature hears.   Sense whether it is healthy, wounded, unconscious, dying, or dead.   Sense whether it is frightened or charmed.   Speak telepathically to it.   The creature hears your telepathic speech but is not compelled to answer.   You cannot cast spells or otherwise affect creatures through the Soul Mirror.   If the target moves to another plane of existence, the spell immediately ends.   You may have only one Soul Mirror active at a time.
