Hard country, hunger, exposure, or long flight from danger taught you how to conserve strength without mistaking endurance for invulnerability. You gain the following benefits.
Hardy. You require only half the normal amount of food each day. Your need for water is unchanged.
Practical Intuition. You roll a d4 and add to Intelligence checks made to identify natural hazards, signs of dangerous creatures, useful features of terrain, safe routes, or suitable shelter.
Endure Hardship. When you fail a Constitution saving throw imposed by difficult or strenuous travel or by an environmental hazard, and that failure would cause you to gain Exhaustion, you can reroll the saving throw. You must use the new result.
Once you use Endure Hardship, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest. This trait never removes Exhaustion and cannot be used on a Recovery Save.
