Unable to drag articles and categories to rearrange them in the sidebar in Firefox and Chrome despite the tooltip appearing. I did try on a Mac in Firefox and I believe it worked there, but not on Windows. I tried with both my trackpad and my wireless mouse and nothing happened.

Attempt to drag the articles and categories while using Firefox or Chrome on a Windows machine
