Generate Report Missing Bottom Toolbar

If you click Generate Report from a game session, you are given the article creation page but there is no bottom toolbar. Thus, if you have Autosave off, there is no way to save the resultant report.

Steps to Reproduce

Click 'Generate Report' on a completed game session. Note that there is no bottom toolbar and, thus, no save icon.

Hey eberg, we've deployed a fix that should resolve this issue! Just make sure to adding any information to the new report and it will automatically create it and then load it to be edited with the manual save button available.
