My use case:
5 person family - a father, a mother, and 3 children (3 siblings).
One of the siblings is a PC.
On the PC page - Sibling A is displayed twice (bugged), sibling B is diplayed once (correct)

On Sibling A page - PC is displayed twice (bugged), sibling B is not displayed (bugged)

On Sibling B page - PC is displayed once (correct), sibling A is not displayed (bugged)

On father page - spouse (mother) is displayed twice (bugged)

On mother page - spouse (father) is displayed twice (bugged)

In the article editor, the relationship/family tree looks correct, no issues. On the view world page, the above bug is experienced.

Browser note: Not related to browser, experienced in 3 different browsers (Chrome, opera, firefox)

Steps to Reproduce

Set up folder A -> NPCs
Set up folder B -> PCs

Under Folder A, create subfolder "Noble houses"
Under subfolder "Noble houses" create Noble house A
Under Noble house A add a father, a mother, and 2 children
Under folder B, add a PC
Under the PCs page, create relationship with the other 4 members from Noble house A
Review each 5 pages in view world

Workaround:
Under Relationships, switch from Family Tree to Relationships tab, and remove duplicates/add missing relationships.
Family tree doesn't create the relationships correctly under the above listed circumstances.
