This bug has been reported over the years but i couldnt find the fix, or an open bug report, and it is sitll very present.

The API Token is not valid on exporting the world, meaning i cannot export the world for backup purposes. 
  Also the bug report search fearure may also be broken as i can find bug reports via google but not within the reporting site.
