Hey there! We cannot find anything wrong with accessing the Articles & World Manager in your account (from the top left option on the left menu).

Is this what you meant? Please let me know so we can look more into this!

I can access the articles world manager. but I cannot use any features there.

After I made this post, the next day, I was able to use it. Then every day thereafter, Ive been unable again to use it. Whenever I try to use anything in the "Articles and World Manager" I get a pop up, saying I need to upgrade to use this feature.

IE Making articles, categories. When I first open the Articles and world manager page, it also shows an error message.

"Unknown Error

Select Previous or Next to navigate to another Article / Category

This action will delete the Article/Category from navigation history

If you think this is a mistake, click here to fix it.

This action will clear your modal navigation history.

clicking on attempt a fix closes the window, and does nothing

Now its working again. On a side note, that may be related, yesterday when i logged on, I saw the notifications on my side bar. I clicked on it and it said there were no notifications. even though the red dot showed there were 5.

Today when I logged in, I still see the dot saying there are 5 notifications. when I click on it today I can see the notifications.

Dont know if that helps at all.
