I literally just started having this exact same problem

I've also been having this issue, only it pretends to load properly for a few moments after creation and then presents it's red text of death.

I have also been having this problem as of today. Its a very red wall of text, gives me the option to refresh, close, or attempt a fix and nothing happens. Having the same issue on firefox, works fine when I use chrome. Maybe related to the browser?
