I cannot delete an article. Deletion fails with: SQLSTATE22001: String data, right truncated: 1406 Data too long for column 'title' at row 1. I renamed the article to "Temp" and saved it, but deletion still fails. The deletion UPDATE uses a long encoded name instead of the current title. The Article Slug still contains the old long encoded name. I cannot shorten it because Custom Article URL requires a Sage subscription. Expected result: the article is deleted. Actual result: an SQL error occurs and the article remains. Please reset the slug or help me delete the article.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the affected article. 2. Rename it to "Temp" and save. 3. Reload the page. 4. Attempt to delete the article and confirm. 5. The deletion fails with SQL error 1406: Data too long for column 'title'.
