Character Portrait field missing in Old Edit UI

When trying to create or edit a character article with the Old Edit UI, the Character Portrait field is missing. This is only an issue in Old Edit, and deleting all my authoring panel CSS does not resolve the problem. Though the included screenshot is using the Terror From the Deep interface theme, the issue is present no matter what theme is used. Issue first noticed around March 3rd.

Steps to Reproduce

Open or create a new character/person article in the Old Edit UI.

I can confirm that this issue looks to be fixed. Character portrait is once again showing in the Old Version Character Edit. Thanks!!
