The set parent function in article editor is showing categories, but not articles. I created several articles under a category I desired later to be an article. Now I wish to put those existing articles under this new parent, without creating them all from scratch again, using the + button on the new parent manually.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create article to serve as parent.
2. Create similar category to be control
3. Create second article the same way, being sure NOT to use + quick add from article created in step 1.
4. in Second article, click "set parent" at top
5. Desired outcome would be to see both the category and article created in steps 1 & 2, but if bug persists, you will only see the category from step 2.
