Map cannot be Public

Even though the world is set to Public, the Map don't have the option to be set to public

Steps to Reproduce

Access Map Settings, Display, and try to set the Map to Public.

Hey, just to clarify where the problem lies, you go to the Display tab, select "Status" to be Public and click "Save Changes" but the change is not saved and the map remains Private?
