Note for clarity - when I say "old editor", I mean the "Old Version Edit" option we get in the meatball menu for articles. That specifically is where the issue appears.

It looks like a temporary error, could you retest? I tried both on a chromium based browser as well as firefox and it looks perfectly normal. If the issue persists, could you let me know in which article of your you are experiencing this issue?

I ended up doing an extra spot check - most of my articles use templates I made, but just to be safe I tested on one of the standard templates as well. https://www.worldanvil.com/w/the-equinox-codex-t-mystery/a/agarim-species <- The issue persists on the standard ones too. It'll work in the Articles and Folders etc view but in the Old Version Edit View @ still doesn't work for me.

Decided to retest since it's been a few days and there was a CSS Editor update, still reproduces here. :(

Just doing a quick followup on this, it's still ongoing, have you had a chance to look at it yet?

Retested again - it's still occurring, cleared cache and validated again just to be safe. This is impacting my ability to use WA to the point of making it unusable for me, do we have a timeline for when this will be looked at?

Did an extra retest and confirmed it's still happening. This was reported over a month ago and I've had no response. I'm really starting to get frustrated with the lack of communication.

I can see that is works just fine in your own account - I'm sorry but we cannot reproduce the issue. Additionally I would strongly suggest using one of the new editors. The old WYSIWYG editor is deprecated.

Except it /isn't/ working fine in my account at all, dude! You aren't even looking at the right article. I'm using an article that has the Visual Editor turned on in the Old Edit View! THAT is what is specifically broken. I have a bunch of articles I haven't converted because the system breaks some of them!

Please reopen and revisit this? And assign to someone else? I don't mean to be rude but every time you've been assigned to one of my bugs, Dimitris, you've basically written me off and disregarded me entirely - I'd really rather work with someone else.

So to clarify the issue is with the new Visual editor on the OLD interface only? Does it work correctly on the new interface ?

Yes. I am in Visual Editor, using the Old Edit View (the square with a pencil lookin' thing). I don't use the new interface because it lags too often, but it does not replicate there.
