I have just opened a free account to test World Anvil to see if it is a good match for my extensive writing and gaming worlds but the next round of publishing.

In simply trying to update my profile banner to 1920x480, the image will not update. It is the proper size, file format, at size. 

This is literally step no. 3.

And we’re already stuck.

The first banner I uploaded did not auto-size to height (like, say, on Patreon), I  reconfigured the banner and re-uploaded and it will not refresh. I’ve reloaded the page, the browser, emptied the cache, etc. 

The World Manager does not solve this problem.

Please send me a link to whatever article resolves this issue.
