When I open my notifications, if I have more than just a few and try to scroll to the bottom it always will cut off the last one or two notifications so I cannot read them. I have to delete notifications until there are few enough that I do not have to scroll before I am able to read it. This has been going on for over a month now.

Steps to Reproduce

If I have more than I think 11 or 12 notifications, the last few are cut off and the window will no longer scroll.
