I have this image that just cannot be deleted. I renamed it "Problemo.jpg". It shows up in my gallery as a blank file with slash icon. Whenever I try to delete this file, the error message "Error Deleting Image" always comes up. Please edit or erase it for me...

Steps to Reproduce

Maybe the image was not uploaded properly or got corrupted after the timeline was deleted but image was still linked to it?
