I am trying to upload images to use as maps, but when I do so the image will not load. It seems to attempt to load for a moment, before eventually settling on a gray box with a symbol of a photograph slashed out. I resized the images from .png to .jpeg, and the same issue happened in either format. The images tab doesn't give me any kind of notification or alert explaining what about the image isn't uploading correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

In the image tab, I attempted to upload a new uncategorized image. Upon selecting the image, that image's box fades through shades of gray as if loading, before eventually settling as a static gray background with a small symbol of a slashed out photograph in the center. Reloading the page and resizing the file format of the images did not change the results.
