Embedded Map in Community Posts have Settings Button visible for all

Hovering over a map embedded in a community post shows a settings button and pen icon. While both buttons do nothing, as it is not my map and I don't have access, the buttons shouldn't be there.

Steps to Reproduce

Click on a community post with a map embedded. Hover over the map.

Windows

Browser

Google Chrome

I can't link to the community post, but ZleepyBeazzt made a community post with an embedded map, which is what I noticed this bug on.
