Problems with Icons in the "new" Article Manager.
Every time you edit an article or category in the "newer" Article Manager, it automatically inserts a "page" Icon on all articles and categories, even if removed before.
This is only a problem in the "newer" Article Manager editor, if you edit the an article with the "Old version Edit" function is does not add the "page" icons.
In the "newer" Article Manager editor you can remove the added icon again from articles by clicking the "trashcan", however this does not work on categories, so now we are stuck with icons added and no way to remove them, since you removed the "Old version of edit" function from categories.
Please fix this issue.
Steps to Reproduce
Access the Article Manager and edit an article or category with the "new" editor.
Tested on Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox on PC
Logged out and in again.
Cleared browser cache.
Note: World set as private in case it make a difference.

While editing a category, if you click the "trashcan" icon (delete), in the Icon section, it seems to stop/crash the autosave function, so any further edits to the category will not be saved.The same happens if you do it while editing secrets, all changes after pushing the "trashcan" in the Icon section, will be lost.
However, this seems to work as intended when editing articles.
Hey Zeepee, while the icons do default back (this is true for articles as well) now category and secret icons can be removed correctly without disabling autosave and will not be shown in the presentation page. We have plans to change the way we handle fallback icons in general though, but this will be part of a future update. For now, let me know if the same behaviour that articles icons have is what you encounter for categories and secrets so we can resolve this bug report!

I can confirm that I am now able to remove icons from both the categories and the secrets, without the autosave function crashing/stops working.
Just a quick sidenote: When editing secrets, there is a seconds counter that displays the time from last save/autosave. For some reason the timer reverts to 14 seconds and freezes, after each successful save. This is no "biggie", I just wanted to let you know. The autosaves works, and that is what is important.
There is not seconds-counter on the category editor, so I can't see if it is the same on this.
Like you wrote, there is still problems with Icons getting added to both articles and categories, primary when editing, but sometimes also just by accessing an article, in the manager.
