Article notification declaring itself failed when it has been sent
The last couple of times I have sent an article notification, I have attempted to click "Notify All Followers", but I did not see the green pop-up to say the notification went through. I'll close the socials tab and instead see a red pop-up that says it has failed. The notification has gone through though. I am sure other people are dealing with this too, as in the last few days I've had repeated notifications from people that have clicked Notify several times, thinking it hasn't gone through when it has. And I've spoken to several people who have explicitly said this is an issue for them too. Also, I believe this is occurring on both the new and old interfaces. I use the new Athena interface, and am having issues there, but I've been made aware that there are issues on the old interface too.
Steps to Reproduce
Open an article on the Athena interface
Click "Notify All Followers" on an article
Observe for a red pop-up to suggest the notification failed

Hey Mochimanoban, can you still reproduce this? I am trying to, but all notifications are succeeding and I'm getting the success message as well. And are there specific kinds of articles that this happens on or all?
Hello! I just sent a notification to my followers - yes, the exact same thing happened. I pressed the notify button once, did not get a green pop-up to say it went through, then upon closing the socials tab, got a red pop-up saying it failed. (It has gone through, I have the notification)
However, I will add that I sent two notifications on the 16th, using subscriber groups, and I don't think those notifications had any 'fail' pop-up. It only seems to be when I send notifications to all of my followers.

consistently, yes. I can recall it happening the last couple of times I have sent notifications.
