My UI side bars are blank. I can hover over them to see what they are but it is broken and has been broken for a while. It sometimes works on my desktop at home but on my laptop nothing works. I tried it on fire fox and edge as well as my usual chrome. I cleared my cache and restarted my computer. I also went through and disabled my extensions.
