Sidebar Panel Menus come up off screen on all browsers and on all PC's

Sidebar panel menues are showing up off screen when I click the + or type / to open the menu. this is happeningin both Edge and Chrome and on multiple PC's and laptops.

I have done the Ctrl + Shift + R, Ctrl+U and Ctrl+O and none of this fixed the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Open world anvil and attempt to edit Custom field B and Custom field C and when you click the + button to bring up the menu it comes up 90% off screen so you can only see 10% of the right side of the menu.

This is happening to all my sidebar menus and to the custom field menus. it does not allow me to see the menu options because it is off screen.
