Handout Features does not work with certain players

Handout Feature does not work with 3 of 4 players
They refreshed the page, switched to another browser and logged out and in again with their account
Every other button in the campain screen works.

Open campain screen

click on ,,Handout''

Hey, can you tell me which of your players are unable to see the handouts and which one is? Also just to clarify, they are able to load the Handout page (the url will look like watch/{id}') but they don't see the materials you share with them?
