I have gone through all the steps as mentioned but I have noticed that certain categories- like in my instance Continents, are not showing up in my world table of contents. But Planes of existence is. I have checked and all categories are labeled as published and all articles are as well and they are not labeled as private. I have toggled those settings on and on to try to "refresh" the process as well. I have also cleared all cache and hard refreshed.
