Description: You call upon the spirits to draw you back across great distance.
When you learn Astral Recall, you may bind yourself to a place of rest by spending:
10 minutes
in meditation there.
The location must be a place where you could reasonably rest, such as:
An inn.
A settlement.
A sanctuary.
A Shamanic enclave.
Another safe location approved by the DM.
You may have only:
one bound location
at a time.
Completing a new binding ends the previous one.
When you cast Astral Recall, you are transported to the nearest unoccupied space at your bound location.
Astral Recall fails if:
You are in combat.
You are on another plane.
Extraplanar travel is being magically prevented.
Your bound location no longer exists or cannot safely receive you.
Astral Recall transports only:
you and the equipment you are carrying
It cannot transport another creature.
Ritual
When cast as a ritual, Astral Recall does not expend a spell slot and its casting time increases by:
10 minutes
