Hand of Sacrifice in Dungeons & Dragons 2024 (D&D)
Hand of Sacrifice
3RD ABJURATION
Casting Time: 1 bonus action
Range/Area: 30 feet
Components: V
Duration: 3 rounds
Description: You place your Hand upon one willing creature, taking part of its suffering upon yourself.
While the target remains within 60 feet of you, it gains:
resistance to all damage
Whenever this resistance reduces damage, you take damage equal to the amount prevented.
Damage transferred to you by Hand of Sacrifice:
Cannot be reduced.
Cannot be resisted.
Cannot be transferred to another creature.
If transferred damage would reduce you to 0 hit points, you instead remain at 1 hit point, Hand of Sacrifice immediately ends, and no further damage from that triggering instance is transferred to you.
A creature may be affected by only one of your Hands at a time.
