Mind Vision in Dungeons & Dragons 2024 (D&D)
Wrath of the Lich King D&D 5e Campaign
Mind Vision
6TH DIVINATION
Casting Time: 1 action
Range/Area: Special
Components: V, S
Duration: Concentration, up to 10 minutes
Description: You extend your consciousness into the mind of another creature.
Choose one creature you have personally seen and that is on the same plane of existence.
An unwilling creature must make a Wisdom saving throw.
On a successful save, the spell fails.
On a failed save, or if the creature is willing, you perceive the world through the target's senses for the duration.
You can:
See what the target sees.
Hear what the target hears.
Use any special senses the target possesses.
While perceiving through the target, you are blinded and deafened to your own surroundings.
You do not:
Read the target's thoughts.
Learn its memories.
Control its actions.
Automatically understand languages it hears.
The target does not necessarily know you are observing through it.
The spell ends immediately if the target leaves your plane of existence.
