Subjugate Demon

2ND ENCHANTMENT CONCENTRATION

Casting Time: 1 action

Range/Area: 60 feet

Components: V, S

Duration: 10 minutes

Description: Choose one Fiend within range that can see or hear you.   The target must make a Charisma saving throw.   On a failed save, it becomes magically bound to your will for the duration.   While bound:   It regards you as its master.   It obeys simple verbal commands.   It acts on its normal initiative.   It will not knowingly take an action that would immediately destroy itself.   The Fiend may repeat the saving throw whenever it takes damage from you or one of your allies, ending the spell on a success.   You cannot control a Fiend whose Challenge Rating is greater than:   half your Warlock level, rounded down   You may have only one Fiend controlled by Subjugate Demon at a time.   If you summon one of your normal bound demons while controlling a Fiend this way, your normal demon is dismissed until Subjugate Demon ends.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot: When cast using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the maximum Challenge Rating increases by 1 for each slot level above 2nd.
