The Eye has:

Hit Points: 1
Flying Speed: 30 feet
The Eye cannot attack, manipulate objects, or speak.
As a bonus action, you may move the Eye up to its flying speed.
While the Eye is within 300 feet of you and on the same plane:
You may see and hear through it.
You are blind and deaf to your own surroundings while doing so.
The Eye has darkvision to 60 feet.
A creature can detect the Eye normally.
The spell ends if the Eye is destroyed.
