Description: You twist one creature's speech into demonic syllables and interfere with its ability to shape magic.
The target must make a Charisma saving throw.
On a failed save, it is cursed for the duration.
While cursed:
It has disadvantage on Charisma checks that require speech.
When it casts a spell with a verbal component, it must make a Constitution saving throw against your Warlock spell save DC.
On a failed save, the spell's casting time is delayed until the end of the creature's current turn.
The creature does not lose the spell or any expended resource.
A creature may make only one saving throw against Curse of Tongues for each spell it attempts to cast.
