Range/Area: 60 feet, 20-foot-radius cylinder

Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
Attack/Save: Dexterity saving throw
Description: You call down a violent storm of wind, rain, and primal energy in a 20-foot-radius, 40-foot-high cylinder centered on a point you can see within range.
The area is lightly obscured and counts as difficult terrain for hostile creatures.
When a hostile creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Dexterity saving throw.
On a failed save, the creature takes:
3d6 Nature damage
and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of its next turn.
On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and its speed is not reduced.
A creature can take damage from Hurricane only once per turn.
You may cast Hurricane while in Moonkin Form. You cannot cast it while in another Wild Shape unless another feature allows spellcasting.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot: When cast using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the Nature damage increases by:
1d6 for each slot level above 3rd
