Dread Speech
You know words not meant for ordinary conversation, words of malice that bite into the mind of anyone unfortunate enough to hear them. You gain the following benefits.
Choose Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma when you gain this trait. The chosen ability is your spellcasting ability for this trait.
Eldritch Word. As a bonus action, choose one creature within 60 feet of you that can hear you. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your chosen spellcasting ability modifier or become frightened of you until the start of your next turn.
You can use Eldritch Word once without consequence. You regain this use when you finish a long rest. You can use Eldritch Word again before then, but each additional use deals 1d6 necrotic damage to you. This damage can't be reduced or prevented.
Shred Fate. You can cast bane once without expending a spell slot, and you regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have.
