While holding this shield, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and have the following properties:
Divine Ward. You have resistance to Fire and Necrotic damage. Additionally, you have Advantage on Saving Throws to resist spells cast by Undead.
Wings of the Departed. As a Bonus Action, you can activate the shield, causing spectral wings to unfold from its edges. For the next minute, while holding the shield, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. While flying in this way, you leave behind trails of radiant light, and you can move through creatures as if they were difficult terrain. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn.

This tarnished silver shield is adorned with twisted, angelic figures that seem to cry out in agony. A faint aroma of incense wafts from the Shield.
